How big is the bread box?

The “Ægte” lunch box weighs 1,460 g (including lid) and is 36.0 cm wide, 19.0 cm deep and 13.5 cm tall. The cutting board is 2.0 cm thick and the inner height of the tin is 10 cm.

Will my bread loaf fit into this bread box?

This bread box has an interior height of approximately 10 cm. Whole loaves of bread can therefore have a maximum height of approximately 9,5 cm to fit into the box.

What material is the box made of?

The bread box is made of galvanized stainless steel with an embossed pattern. It has air vents on three sides and non-slip silicone nubs The lid is made of bamboo, and the included bread bag is made of 70% linen and 30% cotton.

How do I clean the bread box and the bag?

The bread box is not dishwasher safe. We recommend cleaning it with a damp cloth. The bread bag can be machine washed at 30° (max. 600 rpm) and is not suitable for tumble drying. For a longer lifespan, wash by hand.
