It all started in 1883 in a small shop near Heidelberg University. At this early time, Kaweco iron gall ink could already be purchased. Over the years, the ink as well as the writing instruments evolved, the quality remained the top premise.

Meanwhile, Kaweco has 10 different colours plus a highlighter ink. Available in standard international cartridge size in a pack of 6 1ml cartridges or as environmentally friendly 50ml ink jars. The inks are compatible with any type of fountain pen. For ink glass, we recommend one of our converters.

Kaweco ink is compatible with any type of fountain pen. Our converters in three sizes and numerous colours are particularly suitable for the use of high-quality Kaweco inks from the ink glass. Converters are a kind of reusable cartridge and are therefore very sustainable.

All Kaweco inks are cruelty-free and vegan.

From bold colours such as ruby red, palm green, sun orange, pearl black, royal and paradise blue to soft tones such as midnight blue, summer purple, caramel brown and smoke grey, there is something for every taste.

The natural inks shine with an intensity of colour that brings life to your words and drawings. The velvety writing flow of the inks makes you even more desire to write.

Each Kaweco ink cartridge contains 1 ml of original Kaweco ink

The Kaweco ink cartridges are available in international standard sizes and are therefore available anywhere worldwide. Simply unscrew the grip with the nib, peel off the empty ink cartridge, attach a new ink cartridge and it can be continued.

When it comes to choosing one of the beautiful Kaweco ink colours, a decision can be hard. The practical ink cartridge pack with 10 different colours represents the all-rounder in our ink range.
