We proudly present our eco range: The Twist fountain pen, the Super Pirate ink eraser and the classic K12 opaque paint box are now made from mainly recycled plastic – depending on the product category, at least 70% to 95%.

The recycled plastic is post consumer waste (PCW). Plastic, which was already in use by the end user (e.g. as a yoghurt cup, computer keyboard or kitchen appliance), receives a new use in our products. The Pelikan RecyclingSiegel is only awarded to products that contain a minimum content of 50% recycled plastic and that we manufacture in our factories. Our recycling seal states that we source certified materials from certified plastic recyclers as well as monitor material origin and sourcing routes to ensure the designated minimum content of recycled plastic.

Sustainability does not stop with the product for us. For all eco products, we have chosen a sustainable packaging solution – depending on the product FSC paper/cardboard made from responsible forest use or recycled plastic.

Pelikan, bristle brush

For use of pure top and tempera pigs bristles with seamless aluminium brush clamp. Brush shape: short/flat; natural dull wooden handle made of FSC-certified wood

This Pelikan brush is a classic bristle brush of thickness 16, in large width.
It has a flat shape which is particularly useful for painting straight lines and for evenly filling surfaces with paint.
The bristles of the Pelikan brushes are attached to the unpainted brush handle with a seamless aluminium ferrule.
Thanks to the short, flat brush shape, the Pelikan brush is particularly suitable for applying top and tempera paints.
The bristle brush made of hog bristles is durable even in continuous use. They are particularly suitable for larger areas.
